“The email address you have entered is already registered,” indicates that there exists in an account associated with your email address in ClassTune. This email address may have been used previously in creating an account. You need a different email address to create a new account.

Forgot your password? No problem. Enter your email or username and we’ll send you a link to reset it. If you’re still having trouble, get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it.

3. Type your name, valid email address, subject and your related queries in Write to us form

4. Click Submit Button to send your query

If you encounter an unexpected error message in ClassTune, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please address your problem in “Write to Us” form.

The following information is helpful in understanding what may have caused the issue:

– A link to the page on which the error message appeared.

– A description of the type of action you’d been trying to accomplish when the error message occurred.

Sometimes, ClassTune email notifications are sent to the Junk or Spam folders in your email system. To rule out this issue, please check your Junk and Spam folders for emails from ClassTune.

If you find ClassTune emails in your Junk or Spam folders, you can mark our address as “not junk” or “safe” emails to prevent the email from going to Junk or Spam in the future.

When you sign up for ClassTune, you may encounter a message about school code. This message indicates that you need this school code to create an account. You will need to contact with school administrator to get the school code.

For optimal performance while using ClassTune, we recommend upgrading to the latest versions of the supported browsers and additional requirements below.

Android Mobile:

If you are using our mobile app, please make sure you are using the latest version. We are constantly improving the mobile app, and each version includes bug fixes and new features, so running the latest version is important for optimal performance.

You can find the version number by opening Settings on your Android device, tapping Application Settings and then Manage App. The latest version of our Android app is 1.0.1.

Recommended Web Browsers:

We would recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Cookies Enabled:

Websites often store cookies and other data as you browse online. This data may include information that you have provided in the past, such as your name, email address, and preferences. This data helps websites such as ClassTune identify you when you return to the site, and helps the site remember the user’s preferences or registration details for a future visit. On ClassTune, enabling cookies in your browser can help prevent login issues to www.classtune.com.
